Customer Care Specialist (remote, full time)
Gorgany is a Ukrainian retail + e-commerce company founded in Lviv in 2005. We are leading in the segment of tourist equipment on the Ukrainian market. Now we are launching our online + offline store in Romania and we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our online store.
Our goal is to make everyone who visits our site feel like they are in a real store. Our managers of the customer care department are fruitfully working on this. They know how to choose outdoor equipment for a lot of occasions in life, because they are experts in this.
Role of Customer Care Specialist
Friendly and expert customer consultation on the selection of tourist clothes and equipment
Answers incoming calls / emails / messages from customers
Accompanies the client after placing the order or consultation request
Assists customers with solving request / problems
Work in the team of the customer care department (participates in meetings, reports on plans and results, exchanges knowledge about technological innovations in tourist clothing and equipment)
Stays up to date on new products and services to be able to provide accurate, thorough information to clients
Carefully works with CRM
Suggests ideas and actions to improve customer service
Interacts with other departments
Knowledge of languages: Romanian - native speaker; English - B1
Knowledge tourist equipment and experience in hiking / alpinism / mountaineering
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Works well independently and as part of a team
The ability to listen to the client and the inner desire to help him
Has a positive and professional work attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive life position
Confident PC user
Knowledge and skills that will be an additional advantage:
Knowledge of the Ukrainian on a basic level
Knowledge of sales techniques and experience working with clients
